Adjusted On-Site Hours
Beginning Monday, April 6 through May 3, 2020, onsite service at the Franklin building for equipment issues and replacements will be conducted by appointment only.

 If you experience issues with your UCOP equipment (laptops, PC’s, smartphones or other mobile devices) please contact the Service Desk at 510-987-0457.  If the technician determines that an onsite visit is required, your ticket will be updated, and you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.
